Yes, we ship worldwide to all countries via Australia Post and DHL.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Please find more specific transit times on our dedicated shipping page.
We use Australia post for express and standard Australian orders.
We use Australia post for standard International deliveries and DHL for express international deliveries.
Please note if DHL is selected at checkout, we cannot ship to a PO box.
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and your exchange or store credit will be issued within that time frame.
Please make sure you use a tracked method to send the item back to us as we can't assist you with a return request without a tracking number.
Pre-orders are items that are not in stock currently and will ship at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, this is treated like an actual order and you will be charged for the item/s and shipping when placing your order and your order will be mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse.
For orders that contain a combination of in stock item/s and pre-order item/s, these will be shipped together so you receive your items together. For a speedier delivery time we recommend placing your in-stock and pre-order items seperately.
Please note we cannot change or cancel orders after 2hrs of the order time or if the order has left our warehouse. This helps us ensure speedy dispatch times.

We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
All orders are checked out in AUD. However, you can view the estimated price in your local currency by selecting your currency from the side bar (on mobile) or top bar (on desktop) menu.
Order and shipping confirmations are sent to your email address used to checkout. Please check your spam folders for those emails and make sure to add us to your contact list so you don't miss further updates.
If you still haven't received a confirmation email, please let us know by sending us an email to email@example.com with your name and we can resend the notifications to you.
