Deliveries are made using Australia Post with signature required.
Although we are happy to assist with recovery, Forever and a day does not cover the cost of lost or stolen parcels once delivered as this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order. We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked at the check out. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed parcels will be issued a store credit less a $20 shipping fee which covers the cost of shipping to and from you.

International express shipments cannot be sent to a PO Box address.
We are not responsible for taxes, duties or import charges. These are payable by the customer upon arrival at the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for import fees and taxes. Any international shipments returned due to sender will be issued a store credit less any associated return shipping costs (including taxes).
Shipping to remote international locations may take longer than the designated timeframes above.

Route Shipping Insurance
We now offer insurance on all parcels through our insurance partner Route. Domestic and International parcels that are lost or damaged in transit may have their contents claimed via Route. Please process your claim through their portal here.
