This is our busiest sale period so please allow up to 5 business days to dispatch your order. Same day delivery is not available during this time.
Items are heavily discounted and all purchases made during our Black Friday sale are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Changes and cancellations to orders
Due to the volume of orders and to assist us with a timely dispatch, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once placed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please email the team at hello@foreverandaday.com.au and we will do our best to help you redirect the parcel. We cannot guarantee redirections are successful as this is at the discretion of our shipping couriers.
Discount codes
Discount codes will be temporarily disabled during our Black Friday sale. Black Friday price reductions are not available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise specified. If you have a unique active discount code (e.g. birthday code, welcome code) during our Black Friday period, please email customer service at hello@foreverandaday.com.au to be issued a new code after our sale.
Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before our Black Friday period.
