We are not responsible for taxes, duties or import charges. These are payable by the customer upon arrival at the destination country.

Shipping to remote international locations may take longer than the designated timeframes above.

All orders will be dispatched the following business day. 

RETURNS

Due to hygiene reasons, bottoms and bodysuits cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty under the Australian Consumer Law.

Bras may be exchanged for a different style or colour of equal value or returned for store credit.

If the Bra you wish to exchange is out of stock, Forever and a Day Intimates reserves the right to present the customer with a credit note or the choice of another product of equal or lesser value. If the product you wish to exchange your item for is out of stock, this does not mean it is eligible for refund as it is not faulty, and other options are available to exchange for the customer. 

Please note we strictly do not offer refunds for change of mind or an incorrect selection of size. We are more then happy to offer you an exchange of item or a credit note valid for 12 months so you are able to make a selection of another item/s.

Returned items must be in it's original condition, unworn, unused unwashed with all original tags attached.

All returns or exchanges are accepted only within 10 days of receiving your FAAD Intimates product. You must notify FAAD Intimates at hello@foreverandaday.com.au to confirm your return. The cost of shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. The return shipping cost to the customer will be invoiced upon time for return and must be paid in full before dispatch.

We do not accept returns on any items sold under sale or discount of any description (e.g. VOSN, 10% introductory discount).

If you wish to cancel you order, please email hello@foreverandaday.com.au as soon as possible however, orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. 

In the event of a faulty Item:

Please email hello@foreverandaday.com.au within 7 days of delivery so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We will then ask you to return your item to us within 7 days from the date of shipment. For international orders, must be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment.

Please do not use any faulty items. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
